The app
Focusutra does not collect personal data. There is no account, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Your focus sessions and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot see them.
The app reads the motion sensor of your iPhone to know whether it lies face-down. This happens on the device only. Sensor data is not stored and does not leave your phone.
If you use device or iCloud backups, the app's data can be included in them. Those backups are handled by Apple and your device settings, not by us.
If you delete the app, its data is deleted with it. Copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
TestFlight and the App Store
If you install the app through TestFlight or the App Store, Apple processes data about your download and use of those services under its own privacy policy. Apple is responsible for that processing.
If you have enabled sharing with app developers in iOS, Apple sends us anonymized crash and usage statistics. If you send feedback through TestFlight, such as comments or screenshots, it reaches us. We use this only to find and fix problems in the app.
The website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Contact by email
If you write to support@focusutra.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message. The address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a private mailbox, so Cloudflare and our mail provider ([MAIL-ANBIETER]) process your message on the way. We use it only to answer you and keep it as long as needed for that purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and you can object to or request restriction of its processing. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If the app or website changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page.

Die App
Focusutra erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt kein Konto, kein Tracking, keine Analyse-Tools und keine Werbung. Deine Fokus-Sessions und Einstellungen werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wir können sie nicht einsehen.
Die App liest den Bewegungssensor deines iPhones aus, um zu erkennen, ob es mit dem Display nach unten liegt. Das passiert ausschließlich auf dem Gerät. Sensordaten werden nicht gespeichert und verlassen dein Handy nicht.
Wenn du Geräte- oder iCloud-Backups nutzt, können die Daten der App darin enthalten sein. Diese Backups werden von Apple und deinen Geräteeinstellungen verwaltet, nicht von uns.
Wenn du die App löschst, werden ihre Daten mit gelöscht. Kopien in deinen Backups bleiben, bis du diese löschst.
TestFlight und App Store
Wenn du die App über TestFlight oder den App Store installierst, verarbeitet Apple Daten zu deinem Download und deiner Nutzung dieser Dienste nach der eigenen Datenschutzerklärung von Apple. Dafür ist Apple verantwortlich.
Wenn du in iOS das Teilen mit App-Entwicklern aktiviert hast, übermittelt Apple uns anonymisierte Absturz- und Nutzungsstatistiken. Wenn du Feedback über TestFlight sendest, etwa Kommentare oder Screenshots, erreicht es uns. Wir nutzen das nur, um Probleme in der App zu finden und zu beheben.

Diese Webseite wird von Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf einer Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technische Daten wie deine IP-Adresse, den Browsertyp und den Zeitpunkt der Anfrage, um die Seite auszuliefern und abzusichern. Wir verwenden keine Cookies, keine Analyse-Tools und keine Skripte oder Schriften von Dritten.
Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb der Webseite (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Cloudflare kann Daten in den USA verarbeiten. Cloudflare stützt sich dabei auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln.

Die Adresse wird über Cloudflare Email Routing an ein privates Postfach weitergeleitet, sodass Cloudflare und unser Mail-Anbieter ([MAIL-ANBIETER]) deine Nachricht dabei verarbeiten. Wir nutzen sie nur, um dir zu antworten, und bewahren sie so lange auf, wie dafür nötig. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b oder f DSGVO.
Deine Rechte
Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Übertragbarkeit deiner personenbezogenen Daten verlangen und der Verarbeitung widersprechen oder ihre Einschränkung verlangen. Schreib dazu an die oben genannte Adresse. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutzbehörde beschweren.

Wenn sich App oder Webseite so ändern, dass deine Daten betroffen sind, passen wir diese Seite an.
